Peter has dedicated his professional life to providing enchanting culinary experiences working with many of the most revered names in travel. From New York’s legendary Plaza Hotel, to the Bellagio in Las Vegas, to his days as the Executive Chef aboard “The World” by ResidenSea, Peter has always been driven by a desire to create sumptuous dishes delivered with artful presentation.
His experience extends to menu creation, recipe formulation, galley operations, culinary team training, budgeting, wellness and dietary offerings, and much more.
Prior to joining CMI Leisure as Corporate Executive Chef, Peter served as an Executive Consultant for the much-acclaimed Constance Halaveli in the Maldives. Here, he led the charge in restructuring the culinary department, implementing new menus for numerous restaurants, and launching an all-new restaurant concept.
